The natural slate surface is great for presenting all types of foods, such as bruschetta and antipasti meats, as well as delicate macaroons or chocolate mignardises for dessert. Its finish is easy to maintain, simply by wiping the surface down with a damp cloth when you've finished. You can remove the platters and fold away the stand for easy storage too.
