A traditional rustic look iron balti kadai with a round bottom base and riveted handles, which is perfect for Indian cooking. The balti kadai comes with a black coating which may peel in transit or over time, this is perfectly normal. The kadai needs to be washed, dried and seasoned with oil to prevent rusting after each use. Not Dishwasher safe.Hand wash only with soft sponge.
